Lagos Police rescue drunk man lying unconscious by the road


Officers of the Lagos State Police Command have rescued a drunk man that was found lying unconscious by the road side.In a report the police, the man was found by the officers on patrol along Awolowo Way, Ikeja. He was immediately rushed to the force’s ambulance section, where he was revived.

The Force wrote on their twitter page:

Friday Flexin’: Early this morning, RRS officers on Patrol along Awolowo Way, Ikeja found this man lying unconsciously by the road side. He was immediately rushed to our ambulance section where it was discovered he was intoxicated.
The man who was later revived by the officers, took them to the spot where he parked his car with the claims that he did not know how he wandered off from the spot

Ben Murray-Bruce announces that his Silverbird Group is going green, and won't give car-loan to any staff except its to buy electric cars

Senator Ben Bruce took to Twitter to announce that his company, Silverbird Group, is going green by using electric cars. The former Senator representing Bayelsa East constituency revealed in his tweet that he has given a company-wide directive that all new vehicles purchased on behalf Silverbird Group will be electric vehicles. Murray-Bruce also added that Silverbird won't be giving out car-loans to any staff except its for electric cars. He tweeted; I have just given a company-wide directive that all new vehicles purchased on behalf of Silverbird Group will be electric vehicles. We are going to be the first company to go all green. Also, we will not issue any car-loan to any staff except they want to buy an electric car.
